This talk introduces practical daily practices such as exercise, diet modifications and meditation to improve dentists' general sense of wellbeing.

Dr. Mehrsa Dibadin

Dr. Dibadin graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Toronto in 2014 and started practicing dentistry in northern Ontario. She also holds a Bachelors Degree in English Literature from Iran and a Bachelors of Biology from York University in Toronto. She has been running her own practice in Timmins since 2016 and is enthusiastic about all aspects of dentistry. She is the recipient of several awards including the J. G. Bourassa Cup, Barry H. Korzen Endodontic Award, Dental Services Group of Toronto Inc. Award, Ontario Dental Association Award of Recognition, J. N. Wilkinson Prize, and the Isaak Orfanidis Achievement Award. She is a member of the Ontario/Canadian Dental Association, Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Dental Society, the Golden Key International Honor Society, and the Health Policy and Government Relations…
